1.	HI5 Auto Center SA aims to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPI), by ensuring that its customers' personal information is dealt with in a reasonable manner that does not infringe the customer's privacy and in accordance with the provisions of POPI.

To this extent, HI5 Auto Center SA requires your consent to process your personal information which includes but is not limited to the collecting, recording, organizing, storing, updating, altering and use of your information with regards to your Finance application and/or Insurance application and/or Agreement.

3.	HI5 Auto Center SA requires your consent for the processing of your personal information in respect of the following:
	i.	Personal Information will be sent to the Credit Bureau for required Credit Bureau checks to be performed; and
	ii.	Personal Information will be sent to the relevant fraud verification agencies for fraud checks to be performed.

4.	Please be advised that in terms of HI5 Auto Center SA contract management functions, personal information may be sent outside South African borders and within the company where it will be processed, recorded, stored.

HI5 Auto Center SA draws your attention to the provisions of POPI where your express consent is not required for the processing of your personal information where the purpose of the processing includes inter alia prevention, detection, including assistance in the identification of the proceeds of unlawful activities and the combating of money laundering activities, investigation or proof of offences.
